Break into discussion groups: In the areas of financing/cost, access, or health care provision/structure, each participant explains at least one key challenge and then a related successful characteristic/program of his country’s health care system that others might wish to emulate and why. (Discussion groups will include faculty: Richard Saltman, Steve Shortell, Richard Scheffler, Meg Kellogg, Alex Preker who will participate in the discussions)
